Can DA:O save files be copied to another pc?

I recently completed Dragon Age Origins, but had to leave to another city for awhile, leaving my pc behind. Now a chance for playing DA here has presented itself, but while i have the game on my current computer, my save files are of course located on the other computer. If those files are copied and sent to me, can i use them on this new computer? And if it is possible, exactly what files should be copied?

Save files are stored in Documents - BioWare - Dragon Age - Characters. Copy and paste the folder of the character you want to play and you should be good to go.
