The EA support in Sweden seems to have a very long coffee break and in no mood helping me resolve this issue.
I bought the wonderfull Dragon Age: Origins - Ultimate Edition - digital download - on a big trusted site in Sweden called webhallen (www.webhallen.se).
The key for the game and the addon Awakening works perfect but the promo key for several DLC's that i should also get refuse to work, and it seems to be allready taken. I can prove that i bought it, tell me what to do to be able to get a new working promo key and ill do it, it would be really bad if i had to fix this problem another way and get all these addons i've payed for to work.
Ive contacted these guys about my problem and they said they do NOT handle cd keys for games and i have to contact you guys with this problem.
I will never again buy another game from them.
