Unable to Launch Dead Space 2

i got a new custom gaming pc and cant launch dead space 2 on the EA app i have :

• NVIDIA  GeForce RTX 3080 Ti
• Intel cor i9-12900K
• 4 x 16 GB DDR5 Ram
• Windows 10

i have done anything besides downloading Games & apps. 

when i try to play Dead Space 2 the screen would be black and few seconds it stops and closes

Hi,
I had the same problem in these days.
I found that some of old games are not supported by recent CPU with too many cores.
Could you please try following steps?

- [Windows] button
- type msconfig
- in System Configulation, click [Boot] tab, click [Advanced options]
- check [Number of processors], and limit it 8-core or so.
- reboot Windows
