Error/Bug with my Chapter 3?

I go up the lift to the command saucer where Ellie is supposed to be, but when I get up there, my objective marker leads to the center of the room and there is a locked door on one side and nowhere to go.  I've reloaded several times and still nothing happens.  Is there a solution to this?

Try repairing the install of your game

To use Repair Install for your game:
Go to My Games in Origin
Right-click the game image
Select "Repair Install"
