Dead Space 3 (Xbox 360, playing on Xbox Series S) Co-op Problems

I installed Dead Space 3 through gamepass and hoped to play it with a friend. However, it states that I need a redeem code, which I try to access through the store under "Manage Game" however it says that it is unavailable. My friend experienced the same problems. I tried to get it on the actual Dead Space 3 menu, but it says its Restricted Content and that I need to change it under Settings. This is a problem, because I'm playing on the Series S, and it shows no option to access the Privacy settings. 

Any help would be very much appreciated.
