Lost rewards on rank up

Hitting Silver 1 is supposed to give 2 rare crates and xp, I don't know about the xp but I didn't receive the crates at all.

After completing the match I got taken to the menu and there was no crate animation or any crates for me to click on. The reward screen says that both crates and xp have been claimed which is false.

What gives? Am I just gonna miss out on those rewards?
