i have a box i bought before Generals Zero Hour deluxe edition.

But i can not play in windows 10. i tried to redeem code but codes inside box didnt work

How can i play this game in windows 10?

Is the "product code" same with the "game key" which we write while we are installing the game, or is it something else?
