Cant restore game on new device

Got new android phone.  All my EA accounts opened but rivals.  The account is linked to Facebook and Google.  I tried Facebook it started a new log in. I don't want to loose my profile.  When I load game it doesn't give me a option to resume or enter player info.

When you install Rivals on a new device, you would need to link again to your Facebook account (or E-Mail account, if that is what you used). First, you need to play through the tutorial once again. After that, you can access the Settings menu and there you will find an option "Link Account".
