Bug issue

I couldnt find the bug report thread but I've got a bug here. Several of my recently upgraded units are not showing the level change in game. For example: I have an 11 pitbull but in game it says it's level 10. Same with my 11 bike. I'm fairly certain the issue isn't just cosmetic. There are units I should be overpowering but I'm not. Player ID for one account is 1003922815180

1. If you want to report bugs, go to C&C Rivals and then instead of "Game Information", go to bug reports.

2. I'm pretty sure this isn't a bug. Are you having reduced levels in ranked PvP (not the events)? If yes, can you tell me if you are in platinum league?
