refund request not being put through

I requested a refund for FIFA 17 on December 20th. I have received no response whatsoever. I have tried to use the live chat on 3 occasions to enquire about the status of my refund but each time after a 1-2 hour wait I still was not able to speak to someone. Please take the necessary steps to ensure my refund goes through. Thank you.
