game freezes on entering clan tag

when i enter clan tag on bad company 2, game freezes.

any idea?

i did:

clear cache

downloaded profile again

reset xbox one x...

even pressing on blank game freezes anyway.

it freezes even account which i never used before..

Honestly I'm out of ideas, the game is running on the Xbox combability mode as we haven't done any updates to this game since forever.

Might be worth reporting the issues to Xbox as they are the ones making sure that Xbox combability mode works. @UArentFirst
