fix for battlefield 2 black screen crash on load

Hi, i have bf2 and cannon run it because of the black screen crash.  I cant seem to fix it.  I have looked online and i dont know if im getting it right or not.

I have:
Run as admin
Run form Admin account

set different compatibility settings to run as and still nothing

can someone help i really like this game and want to get back into it.
