Why cant I start BF4 Premium Expansions

I bought and downloaded BF4 Premium.All expansions are listed as installed in the extra content.Select them and it only starts up BF4, What am I doing wrong to play my expansions?

The BF4 expansions should be integrated into the base game when purchased/downloaded and should be part of the multiplayer.

@HONdon55-75 The expansion packs are multiplayer maps and weapons assignments there is nothing to "start" as there is no campaign expansion present in the expansion packs. If you mean that you cannot play the expansion pack maps have you downloaded them in Origin or your console?

When you buy premium it's still gonna start as a based game, look through the server list and see what servers have the expansions on them, I have noticed most servers are doing the based game maps.
