Unable to login, please try again

I just bought BFBC2 on Steam on the summer sale, the problem is after I login with my EA account inside the game when it tells me to input the serial number and when I do I always get Unable to login, please try again and no matter what I do the issue is still there, I've tried unchecking both save password and auto login boxes, I've tried to delete BFBC2 from Documents, still not work!
