Regarding old cd-keys

Just a quick question. I previously owned a hard copy of BF2, BF2:SF, BF2142. Years ago when I entered the cd-keys into the old bad company 2 veteran program site to gain veteran status, would they be stored somewhere I can see? I'd basically like to contact support and get these old games on Origin but I don't have the keys myself and I can't find them on EA/Battlefield/Origin, but they must be somewhere if my bad company 2 veteran status is 6.
