The Origin version does not support PunkBuster. As such, there is no anti-cheat solution available for the BF1942 version of the game. Part of the reason why it isn't available is because EA Customer Experience are unable to provide support for PunkBuster related questions when it comes to BF1942.

Well, this is not solution only cause for concern because there is no minimum quality control of players.

Evenbalance discontinued Punkbuster support for BF1942 on Feb 3rd, 2010, 2 days after the release of Bad Company 2.
Probably the reason why it isn't supported, and not the above reply by some DICE worker.

Oh and while we're at it, here's the official site listed on Evenbalance for all PB supported games.
