@Haqi2323 That's odd then as I believe that you need 7 or above. Perhaps it's showing that message instead of one saying the playtest slots are full?

Edit: Or there are some unsupported phone models which aren't mentioned on the FAQ site.

Since you're seeing that message, I think you'll have to just assume that either your phone isn't supported or it's because there aren't any slots available for playtesting.

You could try contacting EA Help too. They may know more.

Although, this games using snapdragon 660, but it same as helio g80, seriously, this games should be compatible

Here, i read the faq and it's compatible snapdragon 660, and i look at that when i used helio g80, it's the same as helio g80. Here's the proof for requirements comparison.
