I can't play multiplayer on BF Bad Company 2 [ Edited ]

I recently bought BF Bad Company 2 on Steam and installed it . When i launch it clicked multiplayer . Asked for EA Account i created one and asked for serial code . I'm not provided with any serial code on Steam . I find out some players like me can't get serial code and in forms they said contact EA Support and I'm waiting chat for 5 hours . What I should to do ?

Is it asking for code in game or in Origin? @BloP3134

@EA_AticI really don't know . Maybe support team will add game into my Origin account or giving me code to access multiplayer . I created a case for this problem but no reply yet
