The game should not ask you for a key.

I understand as I said above, the game should not ask for key and Steam or us can't provide it. The System is set up when log in with the EA Account it should recognise all the data. Something is stopping that. @SenSeiNeMaska,

Did you use auto log in?
Have you tried running a repair on the game?

contact ea support and do a live chat and they will help you. be patient, and don't ask for a key from the get go, as their response will be "we don't give keys" and a swift closing of the ticket. say that you need the game added to your ea account and if they ask for further clarification say that you need the game added to your ea because it's requesting a serial key. you'll need proof of purchase, but there are guides for that.
