Hardline battlepacks doesn't give anithing more than boorts experence [ Edited ]

Hi, I have ps3 battlefield hardline and i wanna unlock some especific patch emblems but battlepacks doesn't give me any other things than boosters experence, camos and cupon weapons, I know that battlepack stuffs are randoms when you open battlepacks but is 1 year without patch emblems. it's a bug or something else? anybody have the same issues with it?
