Error: Failed to retrieve stats

Could not play or start anything in multiplayer!

It keeps on giving Error Failed to retrieve stats in every Menu (Agents, Battlepacks), and Could not find a server to join when i try to pick a game more!

I am trying in PS4 and absolutely  nothing working in Multiplayer! On the other hand battlefield 4 multiplayer is running smoothly! Any solution for this one?

Please help!
