Had the same problem, called support 3 times, tried many other 'solutions', but only installing Origin on default folder (C:\Program Files (x86)\Origin) allowed Hardline to launch.

Will write this in my support ticket. Hopefully, this will help someone else.

MotionBE posted in another thread that deleting the bfwebhelper.exe solved his issues. i did this too and now i can play hardline after weeks of not being able to.

It worked for me, too!

I had Origin on Drive D: an reinstalled it on C:

Now it works fine!

 

But it is really bad, when EA can't get this right and causes trouble for so many...
