Can't add Battlefield 2 to Origin

I contacted the german origin support via chat and got the info (after the support checked internally) that it is not possible for them to create a key for me or grant me access to BF2.

We were not even discussing my real key, just generally checking.

Any advice how to proceed here ?

I went online and talked to an EA Advisor and they told me it was impossible. They were extremely rude and ended the chat before I was even done with my questions. I don't care how old the game is, I want to play again.

@EA_Joker Wait does this mean that I can get digital copy of older games if I own a physical copy of them & talk to the EA advisor. Mind if you share what are the older games you guys give as a digital copy?
