I have installed Battlefield Hardline on my PC. Every time I try to play the game I get the following error.

The application was unable to start correctly (0x000007b).

I have cleared the cache in the EA app. I have reinstalled, verified DirectX and Microsoft C++ Redistributable are installed. Ensured .NET framework is enabled. Drivers are updated. Ran EA app and the game as Administrator in every Compatibility mode. I literally just want to play the campaign but I verified Punkbuster is installed.
