Battlefield Hardline campaign wont open

Battlefield Hardline campaign wont open, I press click in the EA app and it sends me to the website then I press campaign and then play and it only stays there on "Launching Game," and it wont open it. Any suggestion about it?

@xlElOsolx if you don't have Game Pass Ultimate/PC subscription; open Origin and click "Go offline"

If have subscription; you have wait. EA App currently don't supported offline mode
