I've been trying to find answers, and this is what I found. For PC:

If the Game Statistics Engine is currently down in Battlefield Hardline or any online game, there are a few steps you can take:

  1. Check Official Channels: The first thing you should do is check official channels for announcements. Visit the official Battlefield Hardline website, forums, or their social media pages. Game developers and publishers often post updates about server status and known issues.

  2. Wait for Maintenance: Sometimes, the game statistics engine is down due to scheduled maintenance or server updates. In such cases, you may need to wait until the maintenance is complete. Check for any maintenance schedules or announcements on official channels.

  3. Restart the Game: Sometimes, issues can be on your end. Try restarting the game, and if possible, your gaming platform (PC, console) to see if the problem resolves itself.

  4. Contact Support: If the issue persists and there are no official announcements about server problems or maintenance, you can contact the game's customer support. They may be able to provide you with information about the issue or help troubleshoot any problems on your end.

  5. Community Resources: Visit game-specific forums or communities like Reddit or Discord. Other players may be experiencing the same issue, and there might be community-generated solutions or workarounds.

  6. Be Patient: If the problem is on the server-side, it may take some time for the game statistics engine to be restored. In such cases, patience is key, and you'll need to wait for the developers to resolve the issue.

Remember that server issues can happen from time to time in online games, and it's often beyond your control. It's essential to stay updated through official channels and be patient while the developers work to fix any problems.

For Xbox:

If you're experiencing issues with the Game Statistics Engine on Xbox One while playing Battlefield Hardline, you can follow these steps:

  1. Check Xbox Live Status: Start by checking the status of Xbox Live. Sometimes, service disruptions on Xbox Live can affect the functionality of online games. You can check the Xbox Live status on the official Xbox website or through the Xbox Live Status page on your Xbox One console.

  2. Restart Your Xbox: Try restarting your Xbox One. To do this, press and hold the Xbox button on your controller, then select "Restart console." This can help resolve minor connectivity issues.

  3. Check Battlefield Hardline Servers: Visit the official Battlefield Hardline website or the game's social media channels to see if there are any announcements about server issues or maintenance. If they acknowledge the problem, they may provide information about when it's expected to be resolved.

  4. Check Your Internet Connection: Ensure that your internet connection is stable. You can do this by testing other online services or devices to see if they are working correctly. If your internet connection is the issue, try restarting your modem/router.

  5. Clear Cache: Clearing the cache on your Xbox One can sometimes resolve issues. To do this, go to the Xbox dashboard, navigate to "Settings" > "System" > "Storage," then select your storage device and choose "Clear local saved games." Be aware that this will remove locally saved game progress, so use this option with caution.

  6. Contact Xbox Support: If the issue persists and it seems to be specific to your Xbox or Xbox Live account, you can contact Xbox Support for assistance. They can provide guidance and troubleshoot the issue further.

  7. Contact EA Support: If it appears to be a Battlefield Hardline-specific issue, you can also contact EA (Electronic Arts) Support for assistance. They may have specific troubleshooting steps or be aware of ongoing issues with the game.

  8. Wait for Updates: Sometimes, server issues are on the game developer's end, and they may release updates or fixes to address these problems. Keep an eye on game updates and patch notes.

Remember that online gaming can occasionally be affected by server issues or maintenance, which are generally beyond your control. In such cases, it's essential to stay informed through official channels and wait for the problem to be resolved by the game developers or Xbox Live services.

Now these are quite generic solutions, but out of my own experience, clearing cache and rebooting your Xbox worked for me. I hope it works for you too!

Hi @Benybross02 I'm not sure if you're still experiencing this problem, but I just tried and can see my info, so hopefully it was just a temporary problem.
