This has happened 4 times in the last 9 months and It happened 5 days ago and is still down. It takes a few weeks for fix its self. But its getting old.
I have Xbox Gold. If you click Accept, you pay for gold again and it doesn't work. If you decline, it goes back ro the same screen.
