Battlefield Bad Company 2 SPECACT kit and Unlock Codes

I bought and downloaded/installed the SPECACT kit and Unlock Codes almost a year ago and have enjoyed using them ever since........my problem is that when I logged on today I found that they were gone and that my previous score (I was at the rank of 31 or somewhere close to it) was also wiped out.......are there technical difficulties going on with the game right now?  How do I get my weapons and score back?.......or for that matter, if that can't happen, I want a refund!  Thanks ahead of time.

Although, I will point out how unhelpful EA is.......an employee could have answered my initial question!!!!!  Thanks for nothing EA.
