Hello EA_Atic, thank you for responding. When I tried getting online on 10/9/18 there was only one attempt made, however I did also make some attempts today. Today after getting the "Failed to connect EA Online" message I then proceeded to go to my Xbox 360's system setting to clear the cache. After that I then launched the game again to make another attempt. Sadly I still couldn't get online.
I understand your frustration as I too was experiencing the same issue some time ago, but as of today 11/30/2018 I checked out of curious to see if the online service is functioning and I'm glad to say that it is.
