my son purchased via xbox market place the game battlefield 1943, i set up an ea account (edit: email removed for security reasons), i had the response back from Origin to very my account which i have done however my son can still not play the game and he is getting very upset. When we put in the email address and the password the screen looks like its doing something but after 20 minutes or more nothing happens can you please help asap with a solution as he is desperate to place this online with his cousin and has waited over a week.
