Bad company 2 and other games missing from my account

Can someone please restore the games that I have owned on this account? I have bought them back when this was called Origin.

I have contacted support through email, live chat and phone and they have not been helpful. After waiting 15 mins on the phone the guy told me the issue will be resolved and he didn't even ask any info to ID who was calling.

I am mostly interested about Bad Company 2, I have also owned Medal of Honor and other games.

There is nothing much we can to on this forum, you should be persistent with the EA advisors if you have proof that you actually owned the games before.
