Hey @ThEpicFacePalm,
if you're having an invalid CD key, double and triple check it for similarities like Y and V, 4 and A and the like. If it says it has already been used, please reach out to an EA Advisor again, they should be able to assist you in finding your old account if you redeemed it on another.

sorry for the late reply. I'm sorry if you had to wait a while, unfortunately the chat is busy at times. I checked your account again, and I still think there might be a typo somewhere in there. The best way to resolve this would probably be if you could attach a photo of your game, product code, date and case number to your case on EA help and resume it, so an Advisor can double check the information provided.
