Are Battlefield 2 CD Keys Reusable?

I was thinking of buying this game. However, all copies I could possibly find are used. So I was wondering, since I saw that there were tons of videos on Youtube of CD Keys, are the CD keys reusable like Halo CE or no?

Product Codes (keys) can only be redeemed once so purchasing a 'used' code is not advised.
