All my games disappeared from the account

Support is not doing anything and straight lying in my face, ignoring me and trying to get rid of me. Even had one of them change the questionaire language to japanese I imagine in hopes of me not leaving a review.

I can see support is waiting to hear back from you. It looks like they are trying to help with this. You should have an email from them or you can log in to your case and respond. 

As far as the japanese characters go, is that from an ea.com address? If not, it sounds like you may have contacted another company for support.
