receiving message to upgrade system

Purchased Zuma Revenge. Receiving message to upgrade system to windows 7 or better while I'm running on windows 10. Also, the game won't go into full screen after changing to full screen in options several times.

Hey @Lilcabbie22 it's most likely a case that you have compatibility settings enabled for Origin. You can change this by right-clicking Origin - Properties - Compatibility. Make sure that you've turned off all settings in this tab.

Hi @EA_Darko , To make sure I have it right, I'm to leave any boxes under the compatibility tab unchecked. Correct? That doesn't change anything. Once I do that Origin starts a new update then back to the same error message again. Any other ideas?  Thanks so much for your help! Lilcabbie22
