Problems with DLC not working

Hello, I don't know if this has been posted before, but I have a problem with the DLCs in Origins, specifically DA;I. To clarify, I have sifted through almost all the forum threads on this page about it and it only leads me to verify/repair game, uninstall and relicense the DLC. The DLCs are Tresspasser and Black Emporium if it helps. I've done everything except relicensing and I honestly just want to get the content I paid for. I have already checked the war table, nothing new. I haven't finished the game, but I do know there are things you can get just for having Trespasser like additional ability upgrades and I don't have that. In a previous post, I saw this:   "(Settings) > [Account Management] > [Restore Licences]." Which seemed to help people fix the problem but I don't know how to access Account Management. Can anybody help?

Hey @haris1977 can you provide a little more info as to just what is happening, do you see an error message of any kind? Are they installed or will they not?

Hello, so basically I installed and bought Tresspasser on Origins. Had it downloaded, checked all my save files but I didn't see any changes to the game.There was no error message, and I had basically done everything. I checked on a couple of forums threads such as this: https://answers.ea.com/t5/Dragon-Age-Inquisition/Can-t-get-Trespasser-DLC-to-start/td-p/4911041. And I saw that relicensing would help but I don't know how to access it. I've done about everything I could to remedy this, and I'm not sure if it's an error on my part.

Hey @haris1977 how are you attempting to start the DLC?

I've verified/repaired it. I have reinstalled it and even made new save files to see if it just wasnt working on my old save file. I am not sure what elese I could do other then the solution I previously mentioned.

Have you tried to access it in-game @haris1977? what happens when you try that, is it not showing up?

Yes I have checked it, war table and everything. Basically same thing I did with Black Emporium. I just need to know how to relicense my DLC like the forum thread said on the link,
