The Notebook you use is an optimus Notebook. Look at this video, set the context menu option for Origin and run Origin with the GT820M.
Furthermore, on a Notebook, especially on an optimus Notebook you should use only the drivers from your notebook manufacturers website, because the drivers are very often tweaked to work with each other and the conditions inside the specific notebook. That counts for all drivers but especially for the Graphic drivers because on an optimus Notebook they must be aligned.)
Dell also has a practical diagnosis test. (on the driver page.)

I don't know if it's because I changed the DNS or they just fixed it but now Origin is working. No more white screens BUT it's still unable to launch FIFA 17 (or FIFA 15 even) so................

@artemwh1337 can you do something to help us get this solved for everyone?
Change your DNS back to the non working one and see if you get the white screen again. If you do, run tracert to www.origin.com copy and save, or screeshot the results and attach that here.
Then switch back to the working DNS and repeat. Attach those results too, making sure we can tell which is good and which is bad.
*tracert can be ran by opening Command Prompt and typing "tracert www.origin.com" without the quotes, then pressing ENTER.*

I changed the DNS to the google one. It worked.
Then I turned my DNS back to normal and it still worked.
This is the tracert with DNS back to normal after changing it once.
