Origin is not letting me login

Origin is not letting me login. ive tried reseting the app, ive tried uninstalling, ive tried just about everything. i even made a whole new account and it wot even let me log in. this is the second time that this has happened. i have a screenshot below of what it keeps saying everytime i try to log in. its been like this for weeks.

@ysidney3  Please do a manual uninstall and reinstall of Origin, as described here:

And make sure you don't have a proxy enabled.  Here's how to check:
