Hey,
umm so I am having this issue with my origin games. After I click on them Origin just disappears for 10 seconds or so then reappears with no error message whatsoever, and nothing happens afterwards
I don't have a big library (only Battlefield 1 and battlefield V) but none of them works

Hello, so I think I might have found the source of the problem. Whenever I open up a software that I use to manage 2 wifi connections at a time called iNet Fusion; this problem occurs and stays there even after I close it... But once I restart my PC and avoid opening iNet Fusion, Origin works just fine... I would love to see if there is a way to get iNet Fusion to work with Origin or at least get Origin to work after I close iNet Fusion.
Thanks ❤

@Uboiii Is this a new problem for you or is this your first time trying to play these games? What are your PC specs, your Operating system, and if you are using WIN10 are you using direct X 11 or DX12? Have you tried running Origin as an admin by right clicking the Origin icon on your desk and selecting "Run as administrator" and then launching the game or repairing the game?

No this isn't my first time playing those games, in fact I have 133 hours and 73 hours clocked in BF1 and BFV respectively, I am using a Gigabyte GTX 1060 OC edition , an i5 7500 clocked @3.4Ghz and 16Gb of DDR4 memory, and I am currently on windows 10.
I have tried : restarting my PC, running Origin as an admin., checking the firewall, disabling windows defender
PS : I got mad and unplugged my computer, and when I turned it back on it was working! But the problem reoccurred again after that...
EDIT : I am having the same issue with starwars battlefront II

Hey @Uboiii,
Have you also tried these steps?
1. Disable Origin in-game Overlay in Origin, and any other Overlays you might be using such as Discord, Nvidia GeForce Experience, etc.
2. Clear Origin Cache: https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/faq/clear-cache-to-fix-problems-with-your-games/
3. Uninstall Origin: https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/origin/origin/manually-uninstalling-origin/
4. Clean Boot: https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/faq/how-to-clean-boot-your-pc/
5. CCleaner: https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/pc/how-to-use-ccleaner-to-fix-pc-issues/
Let us know if any of these help.
Thanks

Oh... well well well... the problem is not fixed yet... had that problem again, any other solutions?

Sorry to hear the issue has reappeared.
Can you try creating a new temporary Windows User Account, and try to launch the game under that Account?
Also, can you please attach a DxDiag file so we can take a look?
Thanks

Hi @Uboiii
If you want to try these troubleshooting steps :
Clear DNS cache https://help.ea.com/en/help/pc/how-to-flush-dns-cache-for-windows/
Clear hosts file http://support.microsoft.com/kb/972034
Restart your machine.
Open (forward) some TCP or UDP ports for troubleshooting https://help.ea.com/en-sg/help/faq/opening-tcp-or-udp-ports-for-connection-issues/
NOTE if your issue persists perform a Clean Boot https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/FAQ/how-to-clean-boot-your-pc/
I wait your feedback mate.
My Opinion is no more important or right than yours.I'm a gamer like you, trying to help you (i'm not an EA employee).
