UPDATE 1:

Thank you for adding your Origin Error Reports. Based on those please try the following if you are still experiencing this error:

• Shut down Origin and delete the C:\Program Files (x86)\Origin\libeay32.dll file from your system. Try updating or installing Origin once more

If that still fails, please:

• Download and install the Process Explorer file from Microsoft.
• Run the tool, click Find -> Find Handle or DLL -> paste libeay32.dll into the search bar and press Search
• Take a screenshot of just the search results and post that in this topic.

Edit: Thanks for the upgrade, after the reinstall of Origin, I can access to it.

I am unable to launch the game after the latest update. Something is definitely broken.

Same situation here. Error code 4:7 when trying to update Origin. Fails.

UPDATE: FIX: I uninstalled Origin, used CCleaner, ran it as it was without checking any other boxes.

Downloaded Origin gain

Reinstalled Origin - update

Fixed. no more error

@Straatford87 wouldn't let my sims game update then i uninstalled origin and it wont download onto mt computer.
