Origin Client - Error 9:0

Hey! i cant fix error 9:0... ive uninstalled origin like thousand times.... what can i do??

when i open origin it tries to do manditory update but fails with error codes 4:7

Origin client says it is installing update. One progress bar fills, then client appears to restart and the update screen reappears but before progress fills, the client errors out with error 9:0 and offers to let me log in offline.

"Whoops - the installer encountered an error
The operating system is preventing us from modifying a necessary file. Please reboot your machine and try again. Temporarily disabling virus or malware scanners may help as well."

This happened the other day and I downloaded the client and reinstalled over top and it seemed to fix things at the time. Note that I already had the Origin client installed (but hadn't run it in a while) when I bought and installed Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order on Steam. It seemed to either install or launch Origin. Seems to be the same client and worked fine on first run, but the problems started after that so I thought I would mention it.

Just tried downloading a fresh OriginThinSetup.exe from your site. This time it went through a very similar process but prompted for admin access in between first installing progress bar and what I'll call "relaunch" when it looks like it is going to try a second progress bar but then fails again with error 9:0.

FYI, Origin client is installed at D:\Origin not C:\Program Files (x86)\Origin in case that make a difference.

Since I downloaded the latest update for Battlefront 2 the game won't start. Loading screen pops up then the game closes.
