We’re currently unable to retrieve your list of games

It seems like this has been an issue a few years back but I cannot find anything on it for the current issue.

There seem to be no games on my account, Sims 4 is gone entirely and I get this message:

Apologies for the inconvenience, we’re currently unable to retrieve your list of games. Please reload and try again.

Anyone know what's up and how long servers are usually down? Or maybe a workaround to play sims?

also having the same problem it keeps saying servers are down i have reset my origin and now it can’t download my sims game

Hello!

I downloaded games last night, this morning I restarted my computer bc it said origin wasn't working. When I pulled it up after my computer turned back on, I went into my game library and it says I have no games. i'm not sure what happened.

Same here! I keep getting the same message, "Origin severs temporarily unavailable"

My games have disappeared from the Origin App for Mac. I had sims 4 and other expansion packs that I had paid for and they have all completely vanished. Can this be sorted please?

The same thing is happening to me, it's saying I have no games in my library and that

"Origin servers are temporarily unavailable. Apologies for the inconvenience, we’re currently unable to retrieve your list of games. Please reload and try again"

 only really play the sims and the app seems to be trying to verify files but not being able to download anything. I'm not really sure why. 
I've

• reloaded a few times
• removed all mods
• Deleted and re-installed origin
• Checked my wifi
• Switched my Mac on and off a few times
  
  
  Not quite sure what's going on I played just last night and everything was fine. A bit worried my library has vanished I really hope the games come back cause that's a lot of money vanished if not.

Mines been playing up since this afternoon. Sam issue as yours. only play Sims and it's not being shown in my library,

I am unable to access any of my games and get an error message saying the Origin servers are down. 

I restarted my laptop, no change. 

Reached out to EA support and they sent me a link to Apple’s wifi issues page and made me follow the steps on there telling me my game would work after I did this. I asked them to stay connected in the chat while I followed the steps and they did.  (I said to the agent, the issue can’t be my wifi how do you think I’m messaging you haha, anyway I followed the steps)

The game still did not work, same error message as before so I went back to the agent who then told me I’d have to wait a few hours. 

So obviously, the issue isn’t my wifi network then is it... and I told the agent I wanted to report the servers are down, she sent me a link to this page and then disconnected my chat. 

I’m kind of laughing about the whole thing but I do want my game to be fixed/the servers fixed so I thought I’d post here too.

I am currently having this issue too. I only play Sims. I spoke with EA support (2 different people) and they were unable to help
