Origin servers are currently down, my games don’t show up either. I guess we just have to wait it out it seems to be a problem on Origins side.
Your purchased packs should be fine though! This has happened a couple of times in the last years, hope it won’t take too long, I was just going to update my game and buy some of the new packs 🙁

Thank you for all the reports about this issue.
We've just recently corrected a situation that may have led to this popping up for everyone, so the fix should be showing up shortly if you haven't already seen recovery here.
I do see a number of you have already gone through these steps earlier, but please give the Resetting Origin steps below one more try now that this should be resolved on our end. After that please do let us know if you're still running into the same problem, thanks!

I've had the same issue all day. When I try to log into Origin, it spools and keeps refreshing, eventually crashing.

Don’t know if this is where I should write this.
I play Sims 4 on mac and recently have had some issues. Like Origin lets me sign in but I can’t do anything else, like press “keep me signed in” without it reloading that page. Has worked perfectly fine before.
When I sign in it tells me “Origin servers temporarily unavailable” and “currently unable to retrieve your list of games”
I’ve closed origin multiple times and it still shows my game library as empty.
I’ve also had to force quit the app since just closing it does nothing.
Repurchasing base game wouldn’t be an issue but I’d hate to loose all my extension packs ![]()

I have gone through all the steps and am still getting the same error message about being unable to connect to servers and downloads are failing.

I am having this issue too. Im trying to play sims but the Orgin app is telling me that Orgin is unavailable, and that I have no games.

Hi! I followed the steps as directed and I am still having the same issue unfortunately.
