Hey @PartyAtHell, were you able to get a case opened and speak with one of our live support advisers?

If not can you ensure that you used the steps below when setting up your case.

You can contact our live support at help.ea.com.  

To request a callback or speak with a chat adviser:

Click on your product Origin

Then select 'PC

Manage my Account'

Can't log in

Finally, you can choose to receive a callback or begin a chat.

You may need to disable any extensions or add-ons that may block pop up windows and can you also ensure that your region setting is correct.

no, i just open case, get the chat window, but when i go back to my cases, it doesnt show up. i tried your solution, but dont seem to find any advisor again
