why is origin login unavailble

i have tried many ways to fix this. clear cache, updating time and date, and also uninstalling and reinstalling. Origin has that message and will not let me login. Please i miss my games is this and issue on EA's side or what else can i do to fix this?????

OriginSetup_10_5_41_27263.exe revert back to this client. its a temp fix but it seems to work for alot of people including myself. it will try to update after you close the session but i leave mine open and offline for now.
