why have my games turned into white boxs

hey, for some reason when i log into the launcher and look in my library all of my games turn into white boxes, i have re-installed the launcher and the problem is still there. each box is still a game that shows who of my friends own and are playing that game but the pictures and words has disappeared and the play button is not there, any suggestions on what i could do?

Before the next steps, can I ask you to just reboot your PC and router and check on your issue.

If the issue continues at that point then manually uninstall Origin using the specific steps here: https://help.ea.com/en/help/origin/origin/manually-uninstalling-origin/

Reboot and then download the most recent installer from here: https://www.origin.com/irl/en-us/store/download

Run the Origin installer and then retest again. Do let us know how you get on, thanks.

The fix for this may be as simple as clearing your Origin cache as detailed at the following link:
