why does it keep saying download failed

we brought planrs vs zombies battle for neighborville from ebay and got the code the code has been excepted but when we try and download origin it keeps failing have you got a older version that we can download and use as our computer is not up to date. Any help you can gives us would be very helpful.

Hey @shadow13457 can you ensure that you are running the most up to date version of Origin, if it is not updating then can you try uninstalling it and then downloading and installing Origin from here: https://www.origin.com/irl/en-us/
