Hey @bac4more711.
In a lot of cases Origin error 9:0 points toward an issue with the NET Framework in Windows.
When you've got the chance I'd recommend download the most recent version of NET Framework from the Microsoft website to see if that helps. Let me know if you're still getting the same error message after that.
