when I try to open Origin, it wont open at all. I'm on a mac and have tried reinstalling and cant figure out how to clear cache as the instructions dont make sense for my computer. I have tried it with my wifi both disconnected and connected.

@mylifeiscyrus  It's a lot easier to run the Origin reset tool than trying to clear its cache.

Please also make sure you don't have a proxy enabled.  Here's how to check:
