what is someone joins guild and wants to sell their account

A new player joined our guild and stated he's looking to sell his account...  I believe this is not permitted and so I wondered what is the best thing to do?

I have asked him not to try and sell it whilst in the guild and especially to not try and sell it to anyone in the guild...

I do not want the guild to be penalized for a bad apple!!

Selling accounts is against the ToS so I would keep away from buying or selling.
Your guild should be fine providing you/they are not promoting any kind of account sales, so don't worry.
